Living in TRX

A 70-acre mixed-use city developed as Malaysia's first international financial district (CBD). It integrates office towers such as Exchange 106, commercial facilities and residential towers — an emerging area for finance and professional expats.

Transport
TRX MRT station is an interchange between the Kajang Line (Line 9) and the Putrajaya Line (Line 12). One of the few interchange stations between the two lines, it connects underground directly to The Exchange TRX mall.
Landmarks & malls
The Exchange TRX (over 400 tenants), the adjacent 10-acre TRX City Park, Exchange 106 (a high-rise office tower), and TRX Residences (residential towers).
Schools & hospitals
Prince Court Medical Centre (Jalan Kia Peng, an IHH-affiliated private general hospital serving international patients) is nearby (the hospital notes it is "about 10 minutes from TRX").
Rent
A new, premium segment. Sources cite sale prices of RM1,000–1,400/sqft and entry price points from RM1 million. Confirmed official rental figures are unavailable and are therefore omitted.
